Before their game against the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Giants warm up on the field.

After a disappointing 6-10 season in 2015.  The New York Giants with new head coach Ben McAdoo bounced back in 2016. Finishing the regular season with a record of 11-5, Giants fans are happy to see the change.

The Giants success started all the way back in the off season where they signed players that would make a large impact.  Signing Corner back  Janoris Jenkins, defensive end  Olivier Vernon, defensive tackle Damon Harrison, and line backer Keenan Robinson. This move helped boost the Giants defense into one of the best in the NFL. Also, the Giants drafted Eli Apple and Sterling Shepard with their first two picks, both played key roles.

The Giants hit the season off with a bang, the Giants beat their rivals the Cowboys with a score of 20-19. This win sparked the fans as well, the Giants had not beat the Cowboys in Dallas since 2012.  The Giants would beat the Saints in week two 16-13. However they would suffer their first loss in week three to the Redskins 29-27. Big blue would suffer losses to the Vikings and the Packers before beating the Ravens in week 6.

The Giants would travel to London to take on the Rams in week 7 and returned victorious.  Following their bye in week eight, the Giants would beat The Eagles, Bengals, Bears and Browns. The Giants would  suffer loss number four in week 13 to the Steelers. The Giants would win their next two, beating The Cowboys and the Lions both at home. New York closed out the season on the road with a loss to the Eagles and a win over the Redskins.

After a promising regular season, the Giants would face the Packers in the NFC playoffs.  On a cold night in Green Bay, New York suffered a rough loss to the Packers 38-13.

However, despite the loss Giants fans are all proud of the season they had this year, and are excited to see what next year brings.
