March 14, 1983 Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora and Alec John Such formed the band Bon Jovi. Their fourth album New Jersey produced five Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 singles. Also, they recently were inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
