It’s a ‘Turbo’ change

Tired of the iphone? The Droid Turbo may provide you with all your phone needs.

Is it an iPhone? No. Is it a Samsung? No. Then what is it? It’s a Droid. The new cellphones coming out have people talking about those two common brands. However, Motorola came out with a new Droid, the Droid Turbo. The full retail value of the Droid Turbo is $599.99, which is not as expensive as the iPhone 6  Plus retailing $749.99  or the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 retailing $699.99.

This is also a Verizon Wireless exclusive. The Motorola Droid Turbo feature’s a 5.2-inch 1440×2560 QHD AMOLED display. Interestingly, the iPhone 6 Plus has a 5.5 inch display, making it only slightly larger than the Droid Turbo. The main camera on this phone is an outstanding 21 megapixels, even though the front is only a 2.0 lens, while the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a 3.7 megapixel front lens. The pictures come out crystal clear, and the color accuracy could not be more on point then the Droid Turbo captures. Just a side note for those 4k video lovers; the Droid Turbo can record UHD up to 30 seconds a frame.

The best aspect of the Motorola Droid Turbo without a doubt is the battery. The Droid Turbo is marked to have “a 48 hour battery life” with one charge of it, however, that is if you do not use the phone. Despite that the phone itself is found to last a full day with at least five hours of screen time completely on. The Turbo charger allows one to charge the phone for 15 minutes and get enough charge power for up to eight hours. If that’s not a huge plus to the phone, than what else could one want.

The Droid Turbo comes in three different possible colors, Black Ballistic Nylon, Metallic Black, and Metallic Red. The metalized design offers a rear cover that is reinforced with a layer of Kevlar® fiber and has a smooth, reflective finish that sets it apart from most of the other phones that are out now in day. The water-resistant nan coating protects your phone from the inside out against an everyday spill or an unexpected encounter with water. One can also speak to this phone to get simple tasks done, like opening an app or speaking a text message, to setting an alarm. The best features cannot be believed until the phone is actually in your possession. No, it is not an iPhone or a Samsung. This phone may be Motorola, but it is the Droid Turbo, definitely a Turbo change.
