The mayor of Rabbit Hash, Kentucky is a three-year-old pitbull named Brynneth Pawltrow

The tradition of having dogs serve as mayor in Rabbit Hash started in the late 1990s when a fundraiser was held in which citizens could pay $1.00 to cast a vote for any silly candidate they wished, and since, four different dogs have won the mayorship in landslide election victories.
