Serving the United States for hundreds of years, The U.S. Postal Service has never failed at getting mail to the people.
In 1792, President Washington used his Presidential power to sign the Postal Service Act. BY signing the deal, Washington formally created the United States postal Service. The Act outlined congressional power to create and control mail routes; successfully supplying a new young nation with their mail.
