Albert Einstein (1979-1955) was an American scientist and inventor, and is known for developing the theory of relativity. He is known for his contribution to modern physics and is considered one of the great geniuses of history. Einstein was born in Germany, and in Germany he published scientific papers and began to love science. However, his family fled to America during the rise of the Nazis as they were Jewish. In America, Einstein was able to continue his education and grow upon his love for science. In his later life, he developed the theory of relativity (E=mc^2) and was accredited as one of the most influential scientists in Physics.
