Caitlin Doughty (1984 – Present) is an American mortician, internet personality, and author. She is known primarily for advocating the acceptance of morality and death and her wish to reform the Western funeral industry. She is the creator of a Youtube series entitled, “Ask a Mortician,” and has written two books on the topic of death. She is also the owner of “Undertaking LA,” a funeral home that promotes interaction with the family during the funeral planning process and making sure the family knows their options when putting loved ones to rest.
