After a successful season with the Red Sox, legendary pitcher, Cy Young was traded to the Cleveland Naps in exchange for Charlie Chech and Jack Ryan. Young had previously pitched for Cleveland in the 1890s when they were in the National League.
In 1909, Young won 21 games at age 41. With the Cleveland Naps in 1910, Young continued his success, winning 19 games including his 500th.
Young retired 2 seasons later with a total of 511 wins.
