Alisa Patel, a 14-year-old freshman attending Colonia High School, is a passionate journalist, and reporter for the Colonia High School Declaration. Patel loves exploring stories that uncover the human side of events. When she’s not busy writing, she enjoys scrapbooking, baking delicious treats, photography, and spending time with her best friend and family. Speaking of family she hopes to start one of her own one day as it has always been one of her dreams. Alisa also enjoys playing volleyball to stay active. She dreams of traveling the world, visiting many countries, and immersing herself in different cultures to enrich her understanding and bring fresh perspectives to her work. She hopes to go Penn-State University and to be a nurse as it’s always been since she was little. In the next coming years she hopes to gain recognition and put herself out into the open world.
