Belicia Guevara is a freshman at Colonia High School. She is a 13-year-old writer for The Declaration. This is her first year writing for it but she has great hope of becoming a great writer and having a passion for it with certain interests in books, psychology, and music overall with horror, thriller, and crime being most enticing to her. Guevara aims to be able to capture every aspect of these topics in her writings. Being open to a wide range of music types, she always has headphones popped in her ears or lying down binge-watching either a show or tucked up with a book in her hand. Guevara generally has confidence in the future and rests happily in her current relationship.
