    September 29, 1982-Cyanide-laced Tylenol kills seven

    On this day in 1982, Paula Prince became the last victim of the Cyanide-laced Tylenol incident. Before her death, six other victims had died from unknown cases in Chicago. They all died after having Tylenol not knowing it was laced with Cyanide. James Lewis who was found dead was the only suspect.
