March 13th, 2022- Tom Brady announces return from short-lived retirement

Just 40 days after announcing his retirement from the NFL, legend Tom Brady announced he would be returning for at least one more season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This went on to be his final season in the NFL. Just under a year later, Brady announced he was retiring ‘for good’ after the conclusion of the 2o23 season. Brady is widely considered the best quarterback in NFL history and ranks first in wins(251), Super Bowl MVPs(5), Passing touchdowns(649), passing yards(89,214) as well as postseason wins(35), game-winning drives(14) and most notably, Super Bowl wins(7).
