The start of the company, Crumble Cookie, started off by CEO Jason McGowan and COO Sawyer Hemsley. A student, Eliza Mis, was interviewed about her overall opinion and experience at Crumbl Cookie. “I think overall it’s really good, but a lot of flavors are too sweet for me. My favorite is probably Pink Sugar or Snickerdoodle. My least favorite cookie is cherry cheesecake and I didn’t enjoy that cookie very much. Overall, I am satisfied with the service they provide. I’ve had one bad experience, I preordered the Crumble Birthday flavors two days in advance and when I went to pick it up, they said they were sold out.”
Another student, Aurora Mena Barrios, senior, has another opinion about Crumbl Cookie. “I feel like it is very unhealthy and the cookies aren’t as good as everyone claims they are. Half of the time the cookies are raw. Also, the line and wait is ridiculous. I feel like they are very friendly. I feel bad for the people who work there. It is a lot of work.”
