Cookie recipe called a S’mores Skillet Cookie is filled with graham crackers, Hershey chocolate, and marshmallows. You can bake this cookie in a skillet until its soft and gooey. A tip is to toast the marshmallows on top before serving, if you’re a s’more lover this is just the desert for you.

Instructions for Skillet Cookie
Step one – Prep: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, spray a 10-inch oven-safe skillet with nonstick spray.
Step two – Make the Cookie Dough: Add the butter into a large mixing bowl and soften with an electric mixer on high speed. For about 30 seconds to one minute. After, add the sugars and mix on high until well mixed with the butters, for about one to two minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. Then add the flour, salt, and baking soda and mix until a dough forms. Lastly mix the 10 ounces of chopped Hershey’s bars.
Step three – Stuff the Cookie Dough: Press half the dough into your prepared pan. After sprinkle on half of the additional milk chocolate (three ounces). With the 1/2 cup of the mini marshmallows and two broken up graham crackers. Then press the remaining dough on top, covering the layers underneath as best as you can. Lastly top off the cookie with the remaining milk chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers as much as your liking.
Step four – Bake: Bake the skillet Cookie for 14-17 minutes. The cookie dough will seem a bit under cooked in the center but will appear baked around the edges. When you insert a tooth pick into the center and edges it should come out clean. If you want a slightly less gooey cookie, I recommend for you to add 2-3 minutes to the bake time.
Step five – Serve: Now that all the cookie cooking is done you can dig into your soft gooey s’more skillet. It can be served as is or you can enjoy it with ice cream or milk. For left overs you can keep it in the fridge cooled and covered and have reheated as desired.
Variations
You can mix things up by adding white chocolate chips or peanut butter chunks to the batter. Chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts to add a nice crunch and extra flavor. You can also try adding different types of mix-ins like mini marshmallows for a more extra gooey cookie. Or even crushed graham crackers for that classic s’mores crunch. Junius Mineweather said, “I’ve made a skillet Cookie before but I added a swirl of Nutella and peanut butter flavor to switch it up a little since I liked the regular s’more skillet Cookie so much.” Added on by Isaiah Pahopin, “You can even try to add some dried strawberries or rasberries to add a pop of tartness.”
