Zoë Kravitz fronts a punk-rock band called Elevator Fight, and before becoming a famous actress, she also studied acting at SUNY Purchase but left after a year to pursue her career in film and music, even modeling for Vera Wang.

Zoë Kravitz’s quote highlights her philosophy that fashion should be a form of playful self-expression rather than a strict set of rules or a display of status. In her view, true style requires a willingness to take risks and even “fail,” because taking yourself too seriously strips fashion of its magic.

Sophia Montesinos is a junior at Colonia High School. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball for both her school and club team as a defensive specialist. Montesinos is also an avid reader, her favorite genre, or genre she “specializes” in, is romance. Her favorite authors of this genre include Jenny Han, Anna Huang and Hannah Grace. In school, she participates in various activities, including Student Council, SPTS, Patriot Pals, and Class Office. She is the class president for the class of 2027! During the summer, she spends her days down by the shore, specifically Seabright. She also enjoys traveling with her family to places all around the world in the summer, including Spain, Mexico, Canada and many more. After high school, she hopes to attend Penn State University one day for broadcast journalism and live near the beach.
