I am sending my research notes about typical youth activities to the High Council of Galactic Observers. These beings exhibit unusual behavior patterns because they dedicate their entire day to moving between different building structures while they maintain a rigid timetable which exhausts them. The complete planetary rotation brought about this observation.
The Morning Alarm and the Struggle to Wake Up
Human beings start their daily activities through the production of a loud and irritating sound. The sound people use for waking up from sleep resides in this category. The human does not like this noise. The sound causes human brain activity to shift from slumbering to awake. The amygdala inside their brain functions as a threat detection system which begins to operate after the sleep state ends. The human feels a slight case of “school anxiety” because they know no monster exists in their surroundings. Their heart rate increases because they experience anxiety about what will happen during the upcoming day. People use the button to stop their sound for ten minutes because they want to remain in bed and extend their time in “dream world” state.
The School Ritual: The Big Learning Box
After putting on colorful fabrics called “clothes,” the human travels to a giant building called “school.” The location accepts patrons who want to learn but it develops into a social environment where people attempt to establish connections with others. The front part of their brain which controls decision-making development continues until brain development reaches its full potential. The presence of multiple people creates stress for them. Their body reacts with panic symptoms which resemble a wild animal chase when someone treats them disrespectfully or when a teacher asks them a challenging question. People experience a strange stomach sensation which they refer to as “butterflies.” The body uses this process to direct blood flow away from the stomach area and toward the muscles.
Coming Home and Refueling
The person returns to their home-based container when the sun reaches its peak position in the sky. They experience intense hunger at that moment. The human brain has a small size yet it consumes 20 percent of total body energy resources. The human uses their mouth to consume food so they can obtain glucose which functions as their essential energy source. The lack of this essential energy source results in the human experiencing emotional outbursts because they become unable to control their feelings.
The Gym: Purposeful Suffering
After eating the human goes to another building called a gym. The most unusual moment of the entire day occurs at this point. The human lifts heavy metal objects which they continue to lift until they reach their maximum exhaustion level. They perform this activity with intentionality. The scientific literature confirms that this practice provides health benefits to participants. The process of moving their body enables them to eliminate stress-related substances which include cortisol that accumulated during their school day. The process also produces endorphins which are known as “happy chemicals” that create a superhero-like sensation.
Social Bonding: Hanging Out
The human meets with his friends during a later time period. Humans need social connections because they cannot survive as isolated beings. They sit together and make mouth-noises (talking) or look at small glowing rectangles (phones). This behavior brings them feelings of security and contentment. When they laugh with friends, their brain makes a chemical called oxytocin, which helps them relax after a long day of being stressed.
The Nightly Shutdown
The person completes their day by going back to their residence. The person uses a shower which sprays warm water to remove the dirt that has accumulated throughout the day. They then proceed to recline on a bed which serves as a comfortable resting space. The brain remains active during sleep as it processes and stores all the information acquired throughout the day. The person requires adequate sleep to avoid experiencing a state of mental malfunctioning on the following day. The person shuts their eyes to initiate the process of light dimming in the environment.
