About the Contributor
Emma Camarneiro, Editor
Emma Camarneiro is currently a Junior at Colonia High School who decided to take journalism for her love of writing. It’s now her second year enrolled in the course, and she has loved every minute spent. As a young girl, Camarneiro never showed interest in reading or writing; she was always found baking or playing sports. But things change, people change, and although her love for sports remains, you’re more likely to find her soaking up a good book or doing her nails. Her biggest goals include being a well-rounded person and a model to the people around her. After high school, Camarneiro plans on striving to become a child psychiatrist, which was chosen due to her love of children and helping others. Once she settles down, she plans on becoming a mother and spending the rest of her days traveling the world, making memories that will last a lifetime.
