Sarah Quiceno, Reporter
Sarah Quiceno is a sophomore at Colonia High School and a first year journalist for The Declaration. She is 15 years old and a captain on the JV cheerleading team, along with being an active member of the Interact club. When Quiceno isn’t focused on her academics, she is spending time with her closest friends, exercising, going to the beach, or going shopping. A very important aspect of Quiceno’s life is traveling and one of her goals in the future is to visit more countries and explore more cultures. Though she’s still unsure of what career path she wants to follow, attending a good college and living a happy and successful life is a top priority for her. Some words she uses to describe herself are passionate, enthusiastic, creative, and positive. Quiceno sets very high standards for herself which pushes her to become her best. She cannot wait to see what the future may have in store for her, and is ready to face it head-on with a positive mindset.
