His name is Barry Allen, and he is the fastest man alive. A new season of The Flash (Season 3) is coming out on October 4th.

When Barry was 11 ,  his mother was murdered and his father was convicted. Even though, hew know his father didn’t commit the crime, no one believed him. When Barry got older he became a forensic scientist to try to get closer to his mother’s investigation. One night while working on a case, a bolt of lighting hit him, throwing him into a nine month coma. Afterwards, he woke up with powers, powers that he thought made the world go slower, but really he was going faster.

Barry wasn’t the only one affected. Other humans had power like him. However, Barry was fighting crime and the meta-human wanted revenge on people that wronged then before the Particle Accelerate exploded (which cause that lightning to hit Barry).

Barry, known as “The Flash,” has the duty of  saving people’s lives and helping Central city.

The more meta human that Barry faced the stronger and faster he got.  One night he saw a yellow figure, he thought he saw the figure the night his mom died. He fan as fast as he could after him but the yellow speedster was faster. It was like the whole opposite of what Barry could do. That’s how the yellow speedster got his name.  The Reverse Flash. And that’s just season 1.

Main actor consist of Grant Gustin as The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West (Allen),  Tom Cavanagh as Harrison Wells and Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon.

The show is a really cool concept, but people growing up with the comics might think it doesn’t follow the true story. Some of the action should be better only because most of the show is drama.  The show is really good and everyone should watch at least the first season.

In the US it is a TV-Pg show. The show does contains sex and nudity, violence and gore, profanity, alcohol/drugs/smoking, and frightening/intense scenes. With these in the show people over the age of 15 should watch this show.
