What Kids Understand That Adults Do Not is the importance of play. The definition of play is engaging in activity for enjoyment and recreation rather than a serious or practical purpose. This is very important to remember no matter what age you are. Children Understand the importance of loosing themselves in an activity and genuinely having a good time. As we grow up we gain responsibilities and forget the importance of play. George Bernard Shaw once said “We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.”
