After their victory the South Brunswick High School boys volleyball team went on to gain another three wins against North Brunswick (10-7), Edison (11-10), and Plainfield (0-16). Along with their 3 new wins they added one loss to their record against St. Joe’s High School, the team that is successful every year. These new statistics make their record now 7-13.

After the conclusion of the 2014 season, one of the setters for the varsity team, Bryan Gorczyca, a Junior at Colonia High School, was asked: How do you think the team played this year? How will the team be next year with the loss of Louis Bryan? Gorczyca responded “The team played well this year, there’s definitely some weak spots, but I think we’ll be fine next year with the players we have, and hopefully we get some freshmen with great potential.”
