From experience…
I myself visited Eastmont Orchards in 2023 with friends and family. With a no-entry-fee cost, we were able to enter the orchard and go apple-picking. There were various types of apples, from Granny Smith and Golden Delicious to Red Delicious and Honey Crisp apples; we were able to pick from a broad selection. There was also an opportunity to pick pumpkins of all sizes that were scattered amongst an open field. Although the apples and pumpkins weren’t free, you are welcome to come and leave with nothing or come and apple pick and pumpkin pick as much as you like. Time flies while you’re at the orchard, and there’s also a food truck that you’re able to eat from any time you’re there.
Indoor festivities
If you love staying cozy at home during fall, there are plenty of fun indoor activities to enjoy. Start by decorating with leaves, pinecones, and mini pumpkins to create garlands or a wreath. If you feel crafty, try making candles with autumn scents like cinnamon or apple cider. In the kitchen, fall is a great time to bake. Spend an afternoon making pumpkin muffins, caramel apple crisps or cinnamon rolls to fill your home with delightful aromas. When it’s time to relax, enjoy a movie marathon with a warm drink like apple cider or hot chocolate. Whether it’s spooky Halloween films or heartwarming autumn stories, you can have a festive night indoors. These activities are perfect for celebrating the cozy vibes of fall from the comfort of your home!
