Teens for Jeans

Did you know that over 1.5 million teens and children in the United States are homeless? In light of this problem, the Colonia High School Interact Club is participating in Teens for Jeans, a national collection of worn jeans run by DoSomething.org and Aeropostale. We are asking for the community’s support in this worthy cause. Donations can be dropped off at the high school on Saturday, February 1, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We ask that donated jeans be in suitable condition, that is, not ripped or damaged.

In addition to the reward of participating in a good cause, Teens for Jeans gives a grand prize to the winning school: a $10,000 grant, Aeropostale hoodies with the school’s name, and a party! Please help us in this mission to clothe teens throughout the country.
