I got a acrylic set, almost identical to these, they lasted and I was pleased with them.

At a glance Nails 7 always seemed like this crack in the wall, the place features a bright neon sign that oddly enough I never seemed to notice. I wondered in finally realizing I had a nail salon close to home only to be pleasantly surprised. The place has a long, and spacious floor plan and the layout ironically works for lodging a fair amount of people. Paired with its unique design concepts like it’s light changing sink faucet and glowing water as well as it’s elegantly set up lay out, I was sure to enjoy myself.

The salon played soft peaceful music and it really got me to relax, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted and asked to pick a color but in the most nonchalant manner. Every girl knows how stressful it can be to go to a nail salon in hopes of relaxing only to be rushed through out the whole process, everything from choosing a color to picking a design for me at least is an extensive process. So the fact that I was not rushed really gave this place a million points in my book. Not to mention those horrible experiences where the nail technician can’t be bothered to ask any questions on your nail preference or desire.

When I visited Nails 7 there was a decent amount of people getting different services, and although the place seemed short handed they managed to seat me within a matter of seconds and distributed their time equally and efficiently throughout the entire time I was there. I came in for a fill on my previous acrylic set and a new polish; while I got what I asked for and my nails came out good, my only concern is the customer satisfaction.

Although my nail technician was laid back and didn’t mind me being indecisive her demeanor was not the best. While I was trying to find the perfect color, I asked for advice and her remark was snotty and unfortunately killed the entire vibe I had gained.

While I was getting serviced this lady came in and talked to my nail technician, apparently her polish had gotten messed up and she didn’t realize till after she had left. My nail technician seemed impartial to her concerns and even deflected from looking at the women. The lack of concern for customer really disappointed me.

Nails 7 seriously needs some help the whole salon was indifferent to the women and no one ended up helped her, including my nail technician which had last serviced her. The prices were tasteful and they’re even open on 7 days a week which is probably were they get their name from, unfortunately their customer satisfaction I really can’t get passed and so I personally wouldn’t come back for a second visit.
