Grind Never Stops. Crunch has many different machines to use

Is Crunch worth joining?

The Crunch gym is located right across from Woodbridge High School on 789 St. Georges ave, Woodbridge New Jersey. It’s a very large facility with a multitude of things you can do while inside.

There are  cardio machines such treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and steppers. Then as you walk around the facility you will see all the weight lifting machines. These range from the chest press to shoulder machines to the leg press. To the very left of those machines is the dance room where you can go to take zumba classes, dance classes, and or fighting classes (MMA). At the very end of the gym is all the free weights. Over their you can the bench press, the dumbbells, the squat rack etc. Also if you do not feel the need to go lift on a particular day you can go in the tanning booth.

At Crunch they offer three different packages in which you could sign up for. They are base, base plus, and peak. Base is $9.95 a month and it’s the most basic plan, you have access to everything except the tanning booth and you cannot sign up for any classes. Base plus is $19.95 a month and you still have all the same perks as base but you get a free T-shirt and you have the ability to sign up for classes. Peak is $24.95 a month and it gives you access to everything even the tanning booth. Also with the Peak package you have the ability to break one guest with you every time you visit Crunch.

Crunch’s motto that is posted all around the gym is “No judgement” and they live by that motto. No one cares what you look like, everyone’s just happy you’re striving for a goal. The staff working are always very friendly and rarely do they give anyone any problems. The gym usually is very clean and doesn’t smell as bad as one may think going to a gym. Outside their is lots of parking so you never have to worry about not finding a spot, or parking too far away. The biggest downside to Crunch is it can get very busy very fast. 6-8 o’clock is the busiest times. With so many people there it’s hard to start and finish your workout. Finding a treadmill or free weights is very difficult. As long as you go before or after 7 o’clock you should have no problem finding something to do.

I highly recommend this gym if you want to have the best workout possible.
